1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents in Northern Ireland, employees of Royal Mail and their immediate families, its agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The promotion will run between (and including) 1st March and 31st March 2010 ("Promotion Period").
3. Entry into the Promotion is automatic with the online purchase of any Classic Album Covers product from www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/shop during the Promotion Period. One entry per transaction. Customers can arrive at the above Royal Mail website directly, or via a link from the promotional microsite (www.thebigmonthofmusic.com). Entry only available online.
4. Purchases outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted as entry into the promotion.
5. Purchase confirmation email sent by Royal Mail upon purchase must be retained as proof of entry into the promotion.
6. Prizes: There are 31 prizes to be given away. Each prize consists of iTunes Gift Cards to the value of £1,000.
7. Winners: There will be 31 winners, each of whom will win one prize. One winner will be chosen by random prize draw each day between 2nd March 2010 and 1st April 2010 (inclusive). Each daily prize draw will include all valid entries received until 23:59 on the previous day. All entries received between 28th February and 23:59 on 1st March will be entered into the first prize draw.
8. Winners will be notified of their success by email within 30 days of each day's draw. Prizes will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery® within 21 days of the winner confirming their address with the promoter. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted or provide a delivery address within a further 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
9. The winner will be bound by any terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize. Please note Apple Sales International Ltd. is the supplier of iTunes Gift Cards, but is not a partner or sponsor of The Big Month of Music Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.
10. The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is available.
11. Entrance into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner will result in the forfeit of the prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal and greater value should it become necessary to do so.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
17. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
18. This promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
